Attached is the notice from the bankruptcy court for Jill Bigelow and Gabe Morales, former owners of Provecho Restaurant. You can pull it up here: Bigelow BK Notice. Previously, I have blogged about them on this site. At this point, it is obviously that they lost all of their investors money and now are trying to avoid their creditors by this bankruptcy filing. My clients will hopefully want to pursue them in the bankruptcy court for fraud. Gabe and Jill’s handling of this matter are exactly why investing with inexperienced operators is a bad idea.
