My client, BH Construction, Inc. served his recently filed lawsuit today against the owner of Girls Gone Wild. The lawsuit is available above. This should be a fun one. My client did an extensive amount of work only to be stiffed by Joe Francis. Francis also starts his federal tax evasions trial today as well.
