I love hard work and we worked hard on this case. First the DA overcharges this case and charges my Russian quasi ganster client with kidnapping for extortion. We get the charges dismissed. The DA then charges my client with attempted murder. We file a motion to dimiss which is called a 995 motion and we win the case on a motion. My client was accused of making a girl play russian roulette with him. This case has to be settled. Hopefully, now they will listen. The transcripts for both proceedinsg are here:
