He then stiffed the glass company. He is the founder of Galaxy Holding, LLC.

Justice did prevail. Raffi Cohen settled the matter and paid the Glass company after we were forced to sue them for $9,000.00 less then what we alleged in the complaint as his fantastic attorney pointed out to me in a letter dated January 4, 2011.
Hopefully, the next time a sub works for Raffi, they will get a written contract with an attorneys fee provision.
In the interest of harmony, Raffi did settle to my client’s satisfaction but trust me, he will never do another job with him on credit. This caused him a lot of stress and grief.
