Arizona Court of Appeal Affirms Suppression Order

Last year, Mr. Richards in State vs. Altriste suppressed 30,000 hits of MDMA due
to the government destroying the radio tapes. The State appealed. On April 23,
2001, the Arizona Court of Appeal affirmed the granting of the suppression motion.
The case is now permanently dismissed. Mr. Altriste is completely discharged from
this matter.
