This is a first, Provecho Restaurant operated by Gabriel Morales and Jill Morales, has sued one of our clients for refusing to invest in their restaurant.  It is shocking to me that in this climate of Bernie Madoff, Allen Stafford, and other persons, this company, a start up restaurant is so desperate that they actually filed suit to force my client to invest in their restaurant after he discovered facts which led him to decline investing.  Shocking.  I look forward to defending this case and my cross complaint.
